Welcome to WorkSpace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WorkSpace platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

The Platform allows you to browse and book workspaces offered by third-party providers. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the workspace provider, subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

4.2 Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by workspace provider. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each workspace before making a booking. Refunds are subject to the provider's cancellation policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit harmful code or materials
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by WorkSpace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any third party's rights or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WORKSPACE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorkSpace and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Platform. By continuing to access or use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
